How do I place an order?
You can place your order online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you have a Luxury Gift in a Box account, log in to your account and start shopping. If you are a new customer, you will have the option to create an account or to checkout as a guest. We recommend you create an account as this will allow you to access the status of your order and view you order history.
Can I add a free personal gift message?
Yes you can add a free personal gift message. There is a gift message option on each product page where you can add a message up to 200 characters. Your personal message will be printed on cream card paper and included in the gift. Do you offer a gift wrapping service?
Yes. If you would like us to gift wrap your beautiful gift in quality gift wrapping paper trimmed with a ribbon, you can add gift wrap to your basket by ticking the gift wrap option on the product page. If you have ordered more than one gift and wish us to wrap all the gifts then please ensure you select the gift wrap option each time you select a gift.
Can I Click and Collect?
Yes. You can select "pick up" at checkout and your gift will be available to collect from our Gift Shop between 10am - 4pm the next working day. Our address is: Unit 3 Kiln Acre, Wickham Road, Fareham, PO16 7JS.
Do you offer handwritten Greetings Cards?
Yes you can select a Greetings Card to accompany any of our gift boxes and we will hand write your message. Greetings Cards are available as an optional extra on each product page.
Do you deliver outside the UK mainland?
We only deliver to the UK mainland at present, though we will be expanding our delivery destinations in the foreseeable future.
What delivery options do you offer?
We deliver to most postcodes within the UK within 2-5 working days from dispatch. There is an express delivery option available at checkout. See the deliveries page for details.
Can I change my delivery address once my order has been placed?
We suggest you provide us with the correct delivery address at the time you place your order. If you have made an error we will do our best to amend the address as long as you have notified us prior to dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched the address cannot be changed.
Can I select a "Safe Place" to leave my parcel if I am not in?
Evri have an option on the tracking page of their website where you can leave instructions to either leave your parcel with a neighbour or specify a safe place. You will need your delivery tracking number and this can be found in the dispatch confirmation email you were sent by us.
If I order now, can you deliver my gift at a date in the future?
We are unable to hold gifts for delivery at a date in the future but we can add a message to the outside of the box for example “Do Not Open Until 25 Dec”. You can message us the date in the additional message box at checkout.
I would like purchase an item as a gift, will the price be on the delivery note?
There will be no price on the dispatch note enclosed with your gift. There is however an item description on the dispatch note which is required for order processing.
