Delivery & Returns

DELIVERY 

We deliver to addresses in the UK.  We do not currently deliver to areas outside the UK.

  • FREE Standard UK Delivery: Hermes 2-3 Working Days
  • FREE Standard UK Highlands and Islands Delivery & to postcodes Hermes do not deliver to: Royal Mail 2nd Class 3-5 Working Days
  • Express delivery is available at checkout and costs £3.99: Hermes 1-2 Days. Express is not available to Highland and Island addresses or some UK addresses.

Orders placed today will be dispatched the next working day -  Monday to Friday. We are closed on Bank Holidays.

RETURNS

We operate a straight forward returns policy.  If for any reason you are unhappy with your gift box, you have up to 14 days from the date of receipt to let us know. Just let us know via email at admin@luxurygiftinabox.co.uk and we'll get back to you right away.

Once a return has been initiated we will provide instructions on how to easily return the product. Once we receive your return, provided everything is in the same good condition it was dispatched in, we will credit your refund to the card used to make the purchase.

You are responsible for the cost of returning your item(s) to us, unless you received a faulty, damaged or wrongly despatched item.  Returns can take up to 15 working days to be processed.  Please repack your item with care using all the original packaging as the goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes.  If an item is not packaged correctly and has been damaged in transit back to us, we will contact you and may need to either return the product to you, or only issue a partial refund.
