Delivery & Returns
We deliver to addresses in the UK including the Highlands, Northern Ireland, Jersey and Guernsey. We do not currently deliver to international destinations.
- Orders placed Monday to Friday before 2pm will be dispatched the same day.
- Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the next working day.
- We do not process orders on Saturday or Sunday.
- We are closed on Bank Holidays.
- Orders containing personalised items may take a little longer to dispatch - see the specific listing description for timescale.
- Subscription Boxes are dispatched in the last week of the month to arrive in the first few days of the next month.
- Christmas Advent Calendars will be dispatched in the last week of November.
We endevour to have our gifts delivered within these timescales, but we cannot guarantee these delivery times. Delivery of our gifts is beyond our control and there may occasionally be factors affecting the couriers delivery schedule.

- Your order will be dispatched with the Royal Mail 48 Tracked Service
- Your order should be delivered 2-3 working days after dispatch.
EXPRESS DELIVERY | £3.95
- Your order will be dispatched with the Royal Mail 24 Tracked Service
- Your order should be delivered 1 working day after dispatch.
We operate a straight forward returns policy. If for any reason you are unhappy with your gift box, you have up to 14 days from the date of receipt to let us know. Just let us know via email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll get back to you right away.
Once a return has been initiated we will provide instructions on how to easily return the product. Once we receive your return, provided everything is in the same good condition it was dispatched in, we will credit your refund to the card used to make the purchase.

You are responsible for the cost of returning your item(s) to us, unless you received a faulty, damaged or wrongly despatched item. Returns can take up to 15 working days to be processed. Please repack your item with care using all the original packaging as the goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. If an item is not packaged correctly and has been damaged in transit back to us, we will contact you and may need to either return the product to you, or only issue a partial refund.
